Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process:

  • Cancellations must be made by contacting our reservations team via phone or email.
  • Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the following criteria:
    • Cancellation received at least 48 hours before check-in: Full refund.
    • Cancellation received within 48 hours of check-in: 50% refund.
    • No-show or early check-out: No refund.
    • Non-Refundable bookings: There shall be no refunds where guests have been communicated in advance about “Non-Refundable Booking”. In such cases full amount of booking shall be paid by customer in advance before confirmation. No changes in booking dates or refunds shall be applicable for “Non-Refundable Bookings”.

3. Reservation Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact our reservations team in advance. Changes are subject to availability.

4. Group Bookings:

  • Group bookings of 5 rooms or more may have a different cancellation policy. Please contact our reservations team for details.

5. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government regulations, that prevent you from staying with us, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or issue a refund.
