1. Reservation Policy:
   • All reservations are subject to availability.
   • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
   • A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
   • Check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM). Early check-in can be accommodated upon request but may be subject to availability.
   • Check-out time is 12:00 hrs (12:00 PM). Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Process:
   • Cancellations must be made by contacting our reservations team via phone or email.
   • Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment:
   • Payment for the reservation is required upon check-in.
   • We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
   • A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges or damages.
5. Damages and Liability:
   • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the rooms or hotel property during their stay.
   • The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any damages incurred.
6. Privacy Policy:
   • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
   • We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
   • We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimer:
   • The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
   • Guests are advised to use the hotel’s safe deposit boxes for valuable items.
8. Governing Law:
   • These terms and policies are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
9. Changes to Terms & Policies:
   • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and policies at any time.
   • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
