Booking Policy

1. Reservation Process:

• To make a reservation at Space Suites, you must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bookings can be made online through our official website or by contacting our reservations team via phone or email.
• All reservations are subject to availability.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM). Early check-in can be accommodated upon request but may be subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hrs (12:00 PM). Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway.

4. Identification and Proof of Relationship:

• All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• For couples, proof of marriage may be requested upon arrival or during your stay. Unmarried couples are not permitted to share an apartment.
